Fun with Gradients

Screen Shots
The Gradient Tool has lots of options within it, including linear, radial, angle, reflected and diamond.
Try them all. When you try the Radial gradient you might also want to curve your letters around. You can warp your text. On the top menu bar, click the "T" that looks like it's on top of a hill.
Add effects to individual layers to get the look you want. Your "Layers" "fx" and "History" windows and panels are handy.
Filter > Render > Lens Flare is one of my favorites to pair with the radial gradient.
If you have Fill and Shape colors open, you can select gradients from the top bar menus. Play around with gradients, have some fun! The possibilities are endless.
Here's something to try. In the layer effects fx > Gradient instead of Solid, pick Noise. Then play around with the look. Hit Randomize until you like what you see.
